Series como Euphoria, Severance (de las favoritas de este año), Pahcinko y Peacemaker comenzaron a sonar como favoritas desde principios de este año, pero las boletas de votación presentaron una larga lista de buenos títulos, y con eso la competencia se pudo más intensa que nunca.
El año pasado, The Crown y Ted Lasso se convirtieron en las ganadoras en las categorías de drama y comedia, mientras que Jason Sudeikis y Kate Winslet se llevaron premios por sus actuaciones, pero 2022 llegó con una buena selección de títulos nuevos y, aunque muchos se quedaron fuera de las nominaciones, esto solo hace que los premios se vuelvan más interesantes.
