su relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de 300 parejas en programa de Bodas Colectivas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Con la entrega simb\u00f3lica de 44 actas de matrimonio, este d\u00eda formalizaron su relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de 300 parejas a trav\u00e9s del programa de Bodas Colectivas, impulsado por la Direcci\u00f3n General del Registro Civil y el Ayuntamiento de Xalapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el evento que incluy\u00f3 el enlace de dos parejas igualitarias y una de personas con discapacidad, el presidente municipal Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil manifest\u00f3 que el matrimonio se trata de un derecho de todas y todos, mismo que en el Ayuntamiento se atiende con respeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, reiter\u00f3 que refrendar el compromiso matrimonial con un documento, brindar\u00e1 a las personas certeza y acceso a diversos tr\u00e1mites jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, el director General del Archivo del Estado, Juan Eloy Rivera Vel\u00e1zquez, dijo que para la Administraci\u00f3n estatal es de vital importancia fortalecer los valores a trav\u00e9s de la consolidaci\u00f3n de la familia, como herramienta para construir una mejor sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expuso que el programa de Bodas Colectivas tiene el objetivo fundamental de mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, al permitir el acceso a beneficios de \u00edndole social a miles de parejas veracruzanas que, por a\u00f1os, vivieron en uni\u00f3n libre y que hoy formalizan su vida en sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la ceremonia se realiz\u00f3 el matrimonio civil de Tom\u00e1s Torres Hern\u00e1ndez y Clara Aburto Sangabriel, pareja con m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os de vivir en uni\u00f3n libre y 3 hijos, quienes representaron a las m\u00e1s de 300 parejas que aprovecharon los beneficios de este programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asistieron la s\u00edndica \u00fanica, Cecilia Coronel Brizio; las y los regidores Helen Sarmiento Ja\u00e9n, Zabdy Asmaveth Quezada Valdez, Diego David Florescano P\u00e9rez, Martha Valentina Dom\u00ednguez V\u00e1squez, Mar\u00eda Guadalupe M\u00e1rquez Leonardo y Mart\u00edn Victoriano Espinoza Rold\u00e1n; el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Ram\u00f3n Antonio Ramos Niembro, el oficial del Registro Civil de Xalapa, Jos\u00e9 Luis Mart\u00ednez Corona, y Urban Vel\u00e1zquez Sandria, en
