S\u00ed, las mujeres suelen ser m\u00e1s honestas, m\u00e1s responsables, m\u00e1s justas que los hombres. Son una garant\u00eda las mujeres&#8221;, coment\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que le corresponde al Congreso y al&nbsp;<strong>INE<\/strong>&nbsp;decidir qui\u00e9n ocupar\u00e1 el cargo, al cuestionarle si la consejera Carla Humphrey podr\u00eda ser la elegida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Eso no me corresponde a m\u00ed, eso lo tiene que decidir el Congreso, y luego el INE&#8221;, dijo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su gobierno est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que se promueva la&nbsp;<strong>participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres<\/strong>&nbsp;en la vida p\u00fablica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;Estamos de acuerdo en que se siga promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer.
