{"id":94772,"date":"2023-02-18T16:23:03","date_gmt":"2023-02-18T22:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=94772"},"modified":"2023-02-18T16:23:03","modified_gmt":"2023-02-18T22:23:03","slug":"se-unen-abogados-para-exigir-justicia-por-el-asesinato-de-luis-emilio-fuster-montiel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/02\/18\/se-unen-abogados-para-exigir-justicia-por-el-asesinato-de-luis-emilio-fuster-montiel\/","title":{"rendered":"Se unen abogados para exigir justicia por el asesinato de Luis Emilio Fuster Montiel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Jes\u00fas Utrilla | NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abogados de Veracruz se unieron para exigir justicia por el asesinato de su colega Luis Emilio Fuster Montiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosario Guadalupe Gayot Lara, presidenta del Colegio de Abogados de Veracruz, urgi\u00f3 a los tres niveles de gobierno a realizar un cambio en la estrategia de seguridad, pues el sector se siente m\u00e1s indefenso que nunca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que estrategia que hasta el d\u00eda de hoy aplican no es funcional, dado que no brindan los m\u00ednimos de respeto, dignidad, certeza jur\u00eddica y seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cHoy nos duele no tan solo la p\u00e9rdida de un compa\u00f1ero, amigo y colega que fue victima del fallido mecanismo de seguridad p\u00fablica, el homic\u00eddio del abogado Luis Emilio Fuster Montiel, si no tambi\u00e9n, del polic\u00eda ministerial Faret Gonz\u00e1lez Grajeda, quien pasa a formar parte de las estad\u00edsticas de los delitos\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que el durante 2022 se cometieron en M\u00e9xico 2 millones 241 mil 951 delitos denunciados, de los cuales 86 mil 155 se realizaron en Veracruz, sin embargo, existe un alto n\u00famero de delitos que no se denuncian, por lo cual la cifra podr\u00eda ser mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los abogados exigieron que la autoridad realice el debido proceso dando cumplimiento al esclarecimiento de los hechos en donde se investigue, de tal manera que se d\u00e9 con la verdad y la certeza de que las personas que sean consideradas responsables sean juzgados conforme a las leyes penales y se obtenga lo que todo deudo solicita que es la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jes\u00fas Utrilla | NV Noticias Abogados de Veracruz se unieron para exigir justicia por el asesinato de su colega Luis Emilio Fuster Montiel.
