Sam Ojeda | NV Noticias <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Xalapa.- El presidente de la Uni\u00f3n de Empresarios Hoteleros de la Regi\u00f3n de Cultura y Aventura (UNEH), Carlos Alberto Mesa Ba\u00f1uelos, indic\u00f3 que durante el 2022 se observ\u00f3 un incremento en la ocupaci\u00f3n de habitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El empresario inform\u00f3 que en promedio la ocupaci\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 por arriba del 40 por ciento durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Y que esto significa un aumento de por lo menos el 5 por ciento con respecto a a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lo anterior a pesar de que durante los primeros meses todav\u00eda se vivieron los efectos del covid-19 en la actividad y a pesar de ello la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera mejor\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cA nivel general el a\u00f1o cerr\u00f3 5 puntos arriba de lo que cerraba normalmente, es algo muy positivo entendido que el a\u00f1o empez\u00f3 \u2018mocho\u2019 porque los primeros meses fueron de cuarta o quinta ola de covid-19\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los meses en los que se registr\u00f3 mayor actividad en la renta de habitaciones fue durante julio y agosto, en los que la ocupaci\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 por arriba de 60 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en el caso de los meses de noviembre y diciembre la ocupaci\u00f3n promedio fue de 50 por ciento y que los rangos de tarifas fluctuaron entre 650 a 800 pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Sam Ojeda | NV Noticias Xalapa.- El presidente de la Uni\u00f3n de Empresarios Hoteleros de la Regi\u00f3n de Cultura y Aventura (UNEH), Carlos Alberto Mesa Ba\u00f1uelos, indic\u00f3 que durante el 2022 se observ\u00f3 un incremento en la ocupaci\u00f3n de habitaciones.
