{"id":9001,"date":"2021-03-26T08:07:03","date_gmt":"2021-03-26T14:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=9001"},"modified":"2021-03-26T08:07:04","modified_gmt":"2021-03-26T14:07:04","slug":"le-quita-el-ine-candidatura-a-felix-salgado-macedonio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2021\/03\/26\/le-quita-el-ine-candidatura-a-felix-salgado-macedonio\/","title":{"rendered":"Le quita el INE candidatura a F\u00e9lix Salgado Macedonio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Consejo General del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) resolvi\u00f3, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, <strong>retirar la candidatura de\u00a0F\u00e9lix Salgado Macedonio, quien buscaba la gubernatura de Guerrero por el partido\u00a0Morena<\/strong>, bajo el argumento de no reportar gastos de precampa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con 7 votos a favor y 4 en contra, el Consejo General determin\u00f3 que la irregularidad de Morena y su candidato, F\u00e9lix Salgado, de no presentar en tiempo y forma, el informe sobre gastos de precampa\u00f1a, tiene como consecuencia el retirar el registro de la candidatura al guerrerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, en la cual fue notoria la ausencia del representante de Morena ante el INE, Sergio Guti\u00e9rrez, as\u00ed como el representante del Poder Legislativo, de Morena, Alejandro Viedma, se subray\u00f3 que la ley establece que partidos pol\u00edticos y precandidatos est\u00e1n obligados a presentar informes sobre gastos, porque ello es parte de la transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La votaci\u00f3n sobre el retiro de la candidatura se vot\u00f3 en lo particular.
