La nueva iniciativa de Morena en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados seguido de la Ley Olimpia es que si se quiere detener la difusi\u00f3n del contenido sexual que se distribuye sin consentimiento de quien aparece en el material, no es suficiente castigar a quienes iniciar la difusi\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n se deben de hacer responsables a la redes sociales donde se comparte el material. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fue el diputado Edelmiro Santos quien dio esta propuesta, en el que pretenden hacer modificaciones en la Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia, para que cualquier medio, ya sea impreso, digital y redes sociales, se tomen acciones para detener y evitar la difusi\u00f3n de contenido sexual que genere violencia a la mujer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Este material se clasifica como uno que atenta a la privacidad, autoestima, libertad e intimidad sexual, as\u00ed como la imagen personal y afecte la reputaci\u00f3n. Se incluyen grabaciones de v\u00eddeo, audio, fotograf\u00edas, v\u00eddeos reales o simulados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si los due\u00f1os o administradores de los medios y redes sociales no retiran el material de manera r\u00e1pida, tendr\u00e1n penas de 2 a 4 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multas de 200 a 500 UMA diarias, lo que equivale a m\u00e1s de 43,000 pesos en el presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
