sensible a las necesidades sociales de la poblaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Como el primer Ayuntamiento en hacerlo, desde septiembre, el Cabildo de Xalapa aprob\u00f3 un descuento de 50 por ciento en el pago del impuesto Predial dirigido a las y los adultos mayores de la capital, asegur\u00f3 el presidente municipal Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que en los acuerdos 195 y 196 signados el pasado 14 de septiembre, qued\u00f3 plasmado un descuento especial aplicable en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de las y los adultos mayores, sin necesidad de signar convenios con otras dependencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA partir de esos acuerdos, con la acreditaci\u00f3n de la edad y la posesi\u00f3n de la vivienda, se accede al beneficio, independiente de suscribir otros acuerdos en el futuro\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ado por la s\u00edndica \u00fanica Cecilia Coronel Brizio, el regidor Antonio Ballesteros Grayeb y el secretario del Ayuntamiento, Ram\u00f3n Antonio Ramos Niembro, reiter\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n es sensible y humana, por lo que se trabaja d\u00eda a d\u00eda con un enfoque social,
