Segundo Congreso Internacional de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con la participaci\u00f3n de 37 ponentes de 18 pa\u00edses en modalidad virtual y presencial, el Gobierno del Estado lleva a cabo el Segundo Congreso Internacional de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo, del 24 al 28 de octubre, como parte del compromiso de transformar la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y de dar mayor peso a la prevenci\u00f3n en esta materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al inaugurar los trabajos de este congreso en el Patio Central del Palacio de Gobierno, la titular de la dependencia, Guadalupe Osorno Maldonado detall\u00f3 que en un estado tan complejo geogr\u00e1ficamente como Veracruz, el enfoque est\u00e1 en avanzar en acciones preventivas, como el conocimiento sobre la vulnerabilidad, el an\u00e1lisis, monitoreo y la emisi\u00f3n de recomendaciones regionalizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los temas a tocar, destacan los sistemas de alertamiento temprano, fen\u00f3menos antropog\u00e9nicos, meteorolog\u00eda, experiencias de primeros respondientes, atenci\u00f3n a poblaci\u00f3n infantil y adolescente en contextos de riesgo, as\u00ed como foros de experiencias y talleres presenciales, como el Protocolo Montoya, elaboraci\u00f3n de mapas hidrogr\u00e1ficos urbanos, t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de rescate acu\u00e1tico, y sobre protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez en contexto de emergencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este evento Veracruz propicia la discusi\u00f3n, el aprendizaje, el conocimiento en torno a la gesti\u00f3n integral de riesgo como elemento transversal de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas bajo una perspectiva incluyente, de atenci\u00f3n diferenciada, respetuosa de los derechos humanos y transformadora, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
