{"id":73322,"date":"2022-09-08T12:55:51","date_gmt":"2022-09-08T17:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=73322"},"modified":"2022-09-08T12:55:52","modified_gmt":"2022-09-08T17:55:52","slug":"magistrada-del-poder-judicial-no-debe-pedir-coperacha-a-jueces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/08\/magistrada-del-poder-judicial-no-debe-pedir-coperacha-a-jueces\/","title":{"rendered":"Magistrada del Poder Judicial no debe pedir &#8220;coperacha&#8221; a jueces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Sam Ojeda\u00a0\/ NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa.- La magistrada presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y Poder Judicial de Veracruz, Isabel In\u00e9s Romero Cruz, no debe pedir a jueves que cooperen para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones en las que laboran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto fue se\u00f1alado por el diputado local del Partido del Trabajo (PT), Ramon D\u00edaz \u00c1vila, critic\u00f3 que la magistrada haya pedido a los jueces \u201cponer de su bolsa\u201d para mantener sus espacios de trabajo dignos ante el d\u00e9ficit presupuestal que presenta este poder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Deben hacer al gobierno del estado los requerimientos m\u00ednimos necesarios para operar, no estoy de acuerdo que les pidan cooperaci\u00f3n a los jueces<\/em> \u201c.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que el Poder Judicial deber\u00eda calcular todos los gastos proyectados porque si saben que sus instalaciones est\u00e1n deterioradas deben pedir recursos para su mantenimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, dijo que se deben revisar los contratos que se establecen en el Poder Judicial incluidos aquellos por mantenimiento para ver en qu\u00e9 se ha gastado el recurso p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Revisar todos los contratos que se realizan, incluido el mantenimiento de las instalaciones del Poder Judicial; eso buscaremos los nuevos integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sam Ojeda\u00a0\/ NV Noticias Xalapa.- La magistrada presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y Poder Judicial de Veracruz, Isabel In\u00e9s Romero Cruz, no debe pedir a jueves que cooperen para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones en las que laboran.
