{"id":73012,"date":"2022-09-06T13:02:02","date_gmt":"2022-09-06T18:02:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=73012"},"modified":"2022-09-06T13:02:03","modified_gmt":"2022-09-06T18:02:03","slug":"reanuda-corte-debate-por-prision-preventiva-oficiosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/06\/reanuda-corte-debate-por-prision-preventiva-oficiosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Reanuda Corte debate por prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) reanud\u00f3 la discusi\u00f3n por la constitucionalidad de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la sesi\u00f3n de este martes se pronunciar\u00e1n los ministros Jorge Pardo Rebolledo, Margarita R\u00edos Farjat, Javier Laynez Potisek, Alfredo Guti\u00e9rrez Ortiz Mena, Norma Pi\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez, y el presidente del m\u00e1ximo tribunal del pa\u00eds, Arturo Zald\u00edvar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este lunes, tres ministros, Yasm\u00edn Esquivel Mossa, Loretta Ortiz Ahlf, y Alberto P\u00e9rez Day\u00e1n se pronunciaron en contra de declarar la invalidez de dicha medida cautelar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contraste, los ministros Juan Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Alc\u00e1ntara Carranc\u00e1 y Luis Mar\u00eda Aguilar Morales, encargado de elaborar el proyecto, est\u00e1n a favor de declarar la inconstitucionalidad de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de oficio.
