{"id":71100,"date":"2022-08-24T12:28:46","date_gmt":"2022-08-24T17:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=71100"},"modified":"2022-08-24T12:28:47","modified_gmt":"2022-08-24T17:28:47","slug":"fiscalia-llama-a-declarar-a-alcalde-de-rafael-lucio-por-asesinato-de-ex-edil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2022\/08\/24\/fiscalia-llama-a-declarar-a-alcalde-de-rafael-lucio-por-asesinato-de-ex-edil\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda llama a declarar a alcalde de Rafael Lucio por asesinato de ex edil"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Sam Ojeda\u00a0\/ NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa.- El gobernador de Veracruz, Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez, inform\u00f3 que La Fiscal\u00eda General de Veracruz (FGE) llam\u00f3 a declarar al alcalde de Rafael Lucio, Dami\u00e1n Hern\u00e1ndez Hern\u00e1ndez, en torno al asesinato del ex alcalde Jos\u00e9 Allan Libreros Alba.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario indic\u00f3 que como parte de las investigaci\u00f3n el edil fue llamado a declarar luego de que ha sido se\u00f1alado como posible autor intelectual de este crimen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Hay una l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, independientemente de esa l\u00ednea la Fiscal\u00eda llam\u00f3 al alcalde de Rafael Lucio para que hiciera su declaraci\u00f3n formal y en eso est\u00e1<\/em>\u201d.<\/p><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto ocurre luego del bloqueo de familiares y pobladores de Rafael Lucio durante esta semana, que exigieron dar a conocer los avances en la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario afirm\u00f3 que personal de la Fiscal\u00eda se reuni\u00f3 con los interesados para d\u00e1rselas a conocer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Se hizo el exhorto para que confiaran en investigaciones que realiza la FGE y ellos aceptaron.
