{"id":64184,"date":"2022-07-09T12:51:51","date_gmt":"2022-07-09T17:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=64184"},"modified":"2022-07-09T12:51:52","modified_gmt":"2022-07-09T17:51:52","slug":"senadora-se-pronuncia-por-aplicar-la-ley-en-investigacion-contra-pena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2022\/07\/09\/senadora-se-pronuncia-por-aplicar-la-ley-en-investigacion-contra-pena\/","title":{"rendered":"Senadora se pronuncia por aplicar la ley en investigaci\u00f3n contra Pe\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Jes\u00fas Utrilla | NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) deber\u00e1 aplicar la ley si se comprueba que el expresidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto incurri\u00f3 en corrupci\u00f3n y otros delitos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la senadora del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional, Indira Rosales San Rom\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego que Pablo G\u00f3mez, titular de la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF), informara que se abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra el expresidente, la legisladora se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cQue se investigue a quien se tenga que investigar, finalmente es una facultad de la unidad revisar las cuentas y si detectan alguna irregularidad que se castigue al responsable sea quien sea, un expresidente o un exgobernador, estamos sobre esa l\u00ednea\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 que si existen culpables se debe sancionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la Fiscal\u00eda puede realizar de oficio las investigaciones contra exfuncionarios para<br>detectar a quien haya incurrido en corrupci\u00f3n, desv\u00edo de recursos y otros delitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cSi quieren investigar que lo hagan parejo, que encuentren a los culpables y presenten las denuncias correspondientes. No es \u00fanicamente su posibilidad, es su obligaci\u00f3n.
