Veracruz, Ver.- 1 de julio.- El presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Carnaval, Luis Antonio P\u00e9rez Fraga, en representaci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa de Veracruz, Patricia Lobeira de Yunes, firm\u00f3 un hermanamiento con los carnavales de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hermanamiento tambi\u00e9n fue firmado por el director de Turismo municipal, Mario Gerardo Delf\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En representaci\u00f3n del alcalde de M\u00e9rida, firm\u00f3 el hermanamiento Fernando Escalante, regidor de M\u00e9rida y \u00d3scar Cambranis Basulto, secretario ejecutivo del comit\u00e9 permanente del Carnaval de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al hacer unos de la palabra, P\u00e9rez Fraga se congratul\u00f3 de la firma del hermanamiento y a nombre de la alcaldesa de Veracruz, Patricia Lobeira de Yunes les dio la bienvenida al Carnaval de Veracruz, el m\u00e1s alegre del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
