{"id":4225,"date":"2021-02-11T08:16:36","date_gmt":"2021-02-11T14:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=4225"},"modified":"2021-02-11T08:17:05","modified_gmt":"2021-02-11T14:17:05","slug":"amlo-esta-en-contra-de-la-iniciativa-que-buscan-regular-redes-sociales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2021\/02\/11\/amlo-esta-en-contra-de-la-iniciativa-que-buscan-regular-redes-sociales\/","title":{"rendered":"AMLO est\u00e1 en contra de la iniciativa que buscan \u201cregular\u201d redes sociales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Desde Palacio Nacional el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador dijo estar en contra la iniciativa de ley para regular las redes sociales propuesta por el l\u00edder parlamentario de Morena en el Senado, Ricardo Monreal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la conferencia matutina el mandatario reconoci\u00f3 que el senador tiene derecho de presentar una iniciativa en este sentido, pero se pronunci\u00f3 <strong>contra la censura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> \u201cEs una facultad que tienen los legisladores, ellos pueden presentar iniciativas de ley, esa es su funci\u00f3n, elaborar y aprobar leyes;\u00a0ellos pueden presentar estas iniciativas. Tiene que haber debate y buscar que sean aceptadas las iniciativas y desde luego aprobadas, en este caso en el Senado. \u201cSi el senador (Monreal) present\u00f3 una iniciativa, est\u00e1 en su derecho, no debemos extra\u00f1arnos.
