{"id":34644,"date":"2021-12-22T14:15:59","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T20:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=34644"},"modified":"2021-12-22T14:16:00","modified_gmt":"2021-12-22T20:16:00","slug":"veracruz-rezagado-en-imparticion-de-justicia-pozos-marin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2021\/12\/22\/veracruz-rezagado-en-imparticion-de-justicia-pozos-marin\/","title":{"rendered":"Veracruz rezagado en impartici\u00f3n de justicia: Pozos Mar\u00edn"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Jes\u00fas Utrilla&nbsp;| NV Noticias<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veracruz. \u2013&nbsp;El estado de Veracruz mantiene un fuerte rezago en la impartici\u00f3n de justicia por ello ser\u00e1 necesario que el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o el Poder Judicial del Estado de Veracruz invierta correctamente los recursos autorizados para el ejercicio fiscal 2022, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Vicente Octavio Pozos Mar\u00edn, presidente del Colegio del Foro de Licenciados, Especialistas, Maestros y Doctores en Derecho de Veracruz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lament\u00f3 que contin\u00faen sin realizarse audiencias digitales, por falta recursos.&nbsp;<br>Y es que pas\u00f3 todo el a\u00f1o y no se instal\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de la plataforma digital correspondiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que el Poder Judicial de la entidad cada d\u00eda est\u00e1 peor, cuando anteriormente era el n\u00famero uno a nivel nacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAparte de reducir la partida presupuestal la misma no se aplica.
