La Organizaci\u00f3n aconseja utilizar anticoagulantes<\/strong> en peque\u00f1as dosis.
Los pacientes que utilicen m\u00e9todos de respiraci\u00f3n como lo son el oxigeno nasal de alto flujo o ventilaci\u00f3n no invasiva, se les recomienda posicionarse boca abajo para mejorar el flujo de oxigenaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>
Adem\u00e1s deben tener acceso a atenci\u00f3n de seguimiento<\/strong>, esto permitir\u00e1 saber si se tiene s\u00edntomas nuevos, persistentes o cambiantes
La OMS coment\u00f3 que en Febrero se tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n acerca del COVID-19<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
