{"id":204423,"date":"2025-12-22T11:34:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T17:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=204423"},"modified":"2025-12-23T11:36:23","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T17:36:23","slug":"fortalece-ayuntamiento-los-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2025\/12\/22\/fortalece-ayuntamiento-los-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fortalece Ayuntamiento los Derechos Humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Xalapa, Ver.- Su participaci\u00f3n y aportaciones engrandecen a Xalapa y permiten que \u00e9sta siga siendo una ciudad donde se respetan los Derechos Humanos, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde Alberto Islas Reyes, durante el Cabildo en Sesi\u00f3n Abierta celebrado este lunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Sesi\u00f3n mediante el que se recibieron propuestas ciudadanas orientadas a fortalecer los Derechos Humanos en el municipio de Xalapa, el Edil se pronunci\u00f3 por mantener entre el funcionariado p\u00fablico procesos de capacitaci\u00f3n en la materia, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n, establecer mecanismos de formaci\u00f3n evaluables y que rindan resultados en temas como seguridad, medio ambiente, agua y saneamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los participantes presentaron diversas propuestas enfocadas a la promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, el fortalecimiento de los mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n social, denuncia, defensa de los derechos y cultura de paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, plantearon la necesidad de establecer sistemas de formaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n en Derechos Humanos entre los servidores p\u00fablicos, con el objetivo de fomentar la transparencia e inclusi\u00f3n social en los programas p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, propusieron fortalecer las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con un enfoque en Derecho Humanos, para construir una sociedad m\u00e1s justa, equitativa e inclusiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Su participaci\u00f3n y aportaciones engrandecen a Xalapa y permiten que \u00e9sta siga siendo una ciudad donde se respetan los Derechos Humanos, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde Alberto Islas Reyes, durante el Cabildo en Sesi\u00f3n Abierta celebrado este lunes.
