A trav\u00e9s de su cuenta de Instagram, escribi\u00f3: “Con el coraz\u00f3n lleno de tristeza les hago saber que mi padre falleci\u00f3 hoy”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Abraham Isaac Quintanilla Jr. naci\u00f3 el 22 de febrero de 1939 en Corpus Christi, Texas, EE.UU., hijo de trabajadores agr\u00edcolas en Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se cas\u00f3 con Marcella Ofelia Samora en 1963 y tuvieron tres hijos: Abraham \u201cA.B.\u201d Quintanilla III, Suzette y Selena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En 1956, se integr\u00f3 a Los Dinos, un grupo vocal local, como la tercera voz. Pero tras retirarse de la m\u00fasica en los 60, retom\u00f3 su vocaci\u00f3n cuando percibi\u00f3 el talento de Selena desde ni\u00f1a. Fue as\u00ed que form\u00f3 el grupo Selena y Los Dinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se convirti\u00f3 en productor y m\u00e1nager de la banda hasta la muerte de su hija y desde entonces se dedic\u00f3 a conservar el legado de la cantante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
