De acuerdo con el documento presentado ante el Tribunal de Distrito, los hechos habr\u00edan ocurrido entre 1997 y 2006, cuando Ann ten\u00eda entre 3 y 12 a\u00f1os, en la casa familiar en las afueras de San Luis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la demanda Ann Altman detalla que sufre trastorno de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico, graves trastornos emocionales y depresi\u00f3n, problemas que, seg\u00fan el texto, persisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ann, quien ha compartido acusaciones similares en redes sociales, est\u00e1 representada por un bufete especializado en casos de agresi\u00f3n sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En tanto, Sam Altman, junto con su madre y dos hermanos menores, emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en la red social X (antes Twitter), rechazando categ\u00f3ricamente las acusaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAnnie ha hecho afirmaciones profundamente hirientes y totalmente falsas sobre nuestra familia, y especialmente sobre Sam\u201d, afirmaron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, el texto menciona que Ann enfrenta problemas de salud mental y que se ha resistido al tratamiento convencional, lanz\u00e1ndose contra sus familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
