Sam Ojeda \/ NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Xalapa.- El presidente del Foro Liberal de Abogados, Roberto Rodr\u00edguez Cruz, asegur\u00f3 que en los juzgados actualmente existe un rezado de hasta cinco a\u00f1os en la resoluci\u00f3n de expedientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n En entrevista, el abogado critic\u00f3 que solamente se d\u00e9 prioridad a los casos que tienen importancia para el Gobierno del estado y no para la ciudadan\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cHay carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n que tienen hasta cinco a\u00f1os de retraso y en las salas orales se tramitan solo los casos que le importan al Gobierno\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coment\u00f3 que anteriormente se ten\u00edan hasta mil casos en cada juzgado y que actualmente en los juzgados orales llegan a 300 expedientes y eso no quiere decir que haya menos delitos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEsto quiere decir que la sociedad en general no recibe justicia porque las cartas ministeriales se quedan en investigaci\u00f3n o tr\u00e1mite en la unidad de atenci\u00f3n temprana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Insisti\u00f3 en que es urgente que haya el doble de fiscales facilitadores, investigadores y de litigaci\u00f3n pues actualmente solo se cuentan con dos fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Sam Ojeda \/ NV Noticias Xalapa.- El presidente del Foro Liberal de Abogados, Roberto Rodr\u00edguez Cruz, asegur\u00f3 que en los juzgados actualmente existe un rezado de hasta cinco a\u00f1os en la resoluci\u00f3n de expedientes.
