{"id":159361,"date":"2024-09-10T09:24:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-10T15:24:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=159361"},"modified":"2024-09-10T09:24:19","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T15:24:19","slug":"con-reforma-judicial-jueces-no-se-seguiran-sintiendo-influyentes-amlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/09\/10\/con-reforma-judicial-jueces-no-se-seguiran-sintiendo-influyentes-amlo\/","title":{"rendered":"Con reforma judicial, jueces no se seguir\u00e1n sintiendo influyentes: AMLO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"amp-sc__font-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<strong>presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la&nbsp;<strong>reforma judicial<\/strong>, los&nbsp;<strong>jueces<\/strong>&nbsp;tendr\u00e1n un comportamiento distinto, pues afirm\u00f3 que al ser elegidos por el&nbsp;<strong>pueblo<\/strong>&nbsp;ya no se seguir\u00e1n sintiendo&nbsp;<strong>influyentes<\/strong>&nbsp;y se sentir\u00e1n libres para<strong>impartir justicia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"amp-sc__font-paragraph\">En conferencia de prensa, el mandatario federal destac\u00f3 que la esencia de la reforma judicial es que la poblaci\u00f3n elija a los jueces, magistrados y ministros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que en caso de aprobarse la reforma judicial, no se terminar\u00e1n de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana los abusos de autoridad, pero los jueces tendr\u00e1n un comportamiento distinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl momento de que la gente, todos los mexicanos seamos quienes elijan a los jueces a los magistrados, ministros, que esa es la esencia de la reforma que a los integrantes del Poder Judicial los elija el pueblo, ya vamos a avanzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo se va a terminar de la noche la ma\u00f1ana problemas, abusos de autoridad, pero ya el juez va tener comportamiento distinto porque no se va sentir influyente o producto del influyentismo, del nepotismo, sino que va estar ah\u00ed en ese cargo por voluntad de los cuidadnos y se va sentir libre para poder impartir justicia.
