El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador reconoci\u00f3 que fall\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional de Salud para el Bienestar (Insabi), el proyecto inicial de su gobierno para brindar servicios m\u00e9dicos a personas sin seguridad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cTienes raz\u00f3n, ah\u00ed no funcion\u00f3 lo que ten\u00edamos pensado (el Insabi), desde el principio ten\u00edamos pensado el IMSS-Bienestar\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
El Mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Instituto- que dirigi\u00f3 Juan Ferrer- tuvo un tropiezo financiero y que hubo \u201cmuchas resistencias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cEntonces cometimos\u2026 no cometimos\u2026 decidimos crear el Insabi, pero las inercias llevaban a que al final hici\u00e9ramos lo mismo, entregarle los fondos a los estados\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Record\u00f3 que el Insabi oper\u00f3 durante la pandemia de Covid-19, tras esta se retom\u00f3 el plan original de la federalizaci\u00f3n, y se retomaron las conversaciones con los gobernadores emanados de Morena y partidos afines para sumarse al nuevo proyecto IMSS-Bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
