El presidente habl\u00f3 sobre qu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) declara inconstitucional el Fondo de Pensiones para el Bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cExiste el riesgo de que declaren inconstitucional la ley sin fundamento<\/strong> porque la SCJN<\/strong> y el Poder Judicial est\u00e1n al servicio de las minor\u00edas\u201d, admiti\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

La oposici\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 que asistir\u00e1 a la Corte para impedir la creaci\u00f3n del Fondo de Pensiones, pero AMLO asegur\u00f3 que \u201chay que esperar a ver qu\u00e9 actitud tienen los ministros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
