De esta forma se eliminar\u00e1n 459 diputados locales plurinominales tambi\u00e9n en los Congresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>estados con menos de 1 mill\u00f3n de habitantes&nbsp;<\/strong>tendr\u00e1n hasta 15 diputados, los cuales podr\u00edan incrementarse en uno por cada 500 mil habitantes, hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 45.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se reducir\u00e1 el n\u00famero de regidores y concejales.
