Xalapa hay un gobierno de puertas abiertas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- Las audiencias ciudadanas son un tema serio y los ediles nos preocupamos por cumplir con lo que aqu\u00ed se atiende, pues somos parte de un gobierno humanitario y de puertas abiertas, asegur\u00f3 el presidente municipal Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Sala de Cabildo, el Alcalde refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de que cada tr\u00e1mite llevado a cabo en este ejercicio se haga con seriedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que ejemplo de ello ser\u00e1n las 153 obras planeadas para este a\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Agua Potable y Saneamiento (CMAS), que representar\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n total de 200 millones de pesos, cifra hist\u00f3rica destinada a la justicia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo ello, con recursos que se manejan de manera honesta y aplican de forma correcta, porque en esta Administraci\u00f3n se terminaron los actos de corrupci\u00f3n que da\u00f1aban las finanzas y aplazaban el desarrollo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la ciudadan\u00eda presente reconoci\u00f3 la mejora en obra vial e hidr\u00e1ulica, especialmente la construcci\u00f3n del colector pluvial Vicente Guerrero, que terminar\u00e1 con un hist\u00f3rico problema de inundaciones en colonias como Vaso de Andrade, donde mejorar\u00e1 la calidad de vida de las familias que ah\u00ed habitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaron en esta jornada, la regidora Helen Sarmiento Ja\u00e9n, el director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Juan Mar\u00edn Viveros y
