Esta enfermedad es por ser diab\u00e9tico, obesidad, tener problemas de colesterol, triglic\u00e9ridos<\/em>\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La mala alimentaci\u00f3n y no realizar actividad f\u00edsica incluye en la salud del h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La doctora exhort\u00f3 a cambiar los estilos de vida, bajar el consumo de carbohidratos y realizar por lo menos 30 minutos de ejercicio al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insisti\u00f3 en que m\u00e1s ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes enfrentan problemas de h\u00edgado graso.<br>En el caso de los adultos llam\u00f3 a cuidar las cantidades de alcohol que se consumen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jes\u00fas Utrilla \/ NV Noticias Las enfermedades hep\u00e1ticas ocupan el octavo lugar en muertes a nivel nacional y los casos de h\u00edgado graso van en aumento.
