{"id":110978,"date":"2023-06-20T16:31:56","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T21:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=110978"},"modified":"2023-06-20T16:31:57","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T21:31:57","slug":"detienen-a-ex-primera-ministra-del-gabinete-de-pedro-castillo-en-peru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/06\/20\/detienen-a-ex-primera-ministra-del-gabinete-de-pedro-castillo-en-peru\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a ex primera ministra del gabinete de Pedro Castillo en Per\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La polic\u00eda de Per\u00fa arrest\u00f3 a la ex primera ministra <strong>Betssy Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, quien es investigada por el presunto delito de conspiraci\u00f3n contra el Estado y participaci\u00f3n en el intento de un autogolpe del ex mandatario <strong>Pedro Castillo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La polic\u00eda detuvo a <strong>Ch\u00e1vez <\/strong>en su domicilio en la ciudad de <strong>Tacna<\/strong>, en el sur del <strong>Per\u00fa<\/strong>, donde llegaron varios agentes para hacer cumplir una orden del <strong>Poder Judicial<\/strong>, seg\u00fan im\u00e1genes transmitidas por un canal de televisi\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong> es investigada adem\u00e1s junto a otros ex ministros del gobierno anterior como presuntos coautores del delito de rebeli\u00f3n, en relaci\u00f3n al anuncio de <strong>Castillo <\/strong>en diciembre de disolver el Congreso y gobernar por decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el fallido autogolpe, <strong>Castillo <\/strong>fue destituido por el Congreso y luego capturado, lo que provoc\u00f3 protestas que dejaron en tres meses <strong>decenas de muertos en enfrentamientos con la polic\u00eda <\/strong>y en accidentes relacionados a violentos bloqueos de carreteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La orden de captura fue dictada por la Sala Penal Permanente de la Corte Suprema, &#8220;ante el pedido de 18 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva&#8221; contra <strong>Ch\u00e1vez <\/strong>solicitada por la fiscal\u00eda, de acuerdo a un tuit del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ch\u00e1vez<\/strong>, una abogada y f\u00e9rrea defensora de <strong>Castillo<\/strong>, ha rechazado varias veces de haber participado o tenido conocimiento del intento de autogolpe del ex presidente, al igual que otros dos ex ministros de <strong>Castillo <\/strong>que tambi\u00e9n son investigados en el caso pero est\u00e1n en libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La polic\u00eda de Per\u00fa arrest\u00f3 a la ex primera ministra Betssy Ch\u00e1vez, quien es investigada por el presunto delito de conspiraci\u00f3n contra el Estado y participaci\u00f3n en el intento de un autogolpe del ex mandatario Pedro Castillo.
