informa que a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Regional Xalapa obtuvo de un juez la legalizaci\u00f3n de la detenci\u00f3n y realiz\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de Jos\u00e9 Dar\u00edo \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl Daker\u201d y Germ\u00e1n Alan \u201cN\u201d como presuntos responsables del delito de homicidio en agravio de la v\u00edctima identificada con las iniciales J.C.G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 25 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso, en la colonia Los Carriles en esta ciudad, cuando fue reportado un cuerpo sin vida en el interior de una casa en la calle Javier Mina, mismo que se encontraba con bolsas encima y un polvo blanco con las caracter\u00edsticas de la cal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez decret\u00f3 como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n
