{"id":108179,"date":"2023-05-27T15:48:17","date_gmt":"2023-05-27T20:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=108179"},"modified":"2023-05-27T15:48:18","modified_gmt":"2023-05-27T20:48:18","slug":"realizan-zumbaton-en-el-velodromo-de-xalapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/05\/27\/realizan-zumbaton-en-el-velodromo-de-xalapa\/","title":{"rendered":"Realizan Zumbat\u00f3n en el Vel\u00f3dromo de Xalapa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Sam Ojeda | NV Noticias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa.- Este s\u00e1bado se realiz\u00f3 en el Vel\u00f3dromo de Xalapa el Zumbat\u00f3n en el marco D\u00eda internacional de Cardiolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora de Salud, Olga Alarc\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 que esta actividad se realiz\u00f3 en los 212 municipios como parte de una jornada de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista, indic\u00f3 que participaron m\u00e1s de mil personas en esta actividad en la que se dieron cita 25 instructores que pusieron varias tutoras de baile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, hubo m\u00f3dulos para la detecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de algunos padecimientos como hipertensi\u00f3n, VIH, diabetes, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cParticiparon m\u00e1s de mil personas. Estamos contentos y agradecidos por esta invitaci\u00f3n que nos hizo Sesver\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La funcionaria indic\u00f3 que es necesario que la poblaci\u00f3n tome conciencia sobre su salud y la prevenci\u00f3n mediante chequeos m\u00e9dicos para detectar a tiempo enfermedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cHay que ir al cardi\u00f3logo y los centros de salud para que se chequen. Comer sanamente, hacer ejercicio, hay que mantenerse activo. La pandemia nos demostr\u00f3 qu\u00e9 hay muchas enfermedades como la arritmia cardiaca.
