{"id":106913,"date":"2023-05-17T14:52:49","date_gmt":"2023-05-17T19:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/?p=106913"},"modified":"2023-05-17T14:52:51","modified_gmt":"2023-05-17T19:52:51","slug":"poder-judicial-elimino-5-juzgados-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvnoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/05\/17\/poder-judicial-elimino-5-juzgados-municipales\/","title":{"rendered":"Poder Judicial elimin\u00f3 5 juzgados municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Sam Ojeda \/ NV Noticias <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa.-  El Tribunal Superior de Justicia en Veracruz desapareci\u00f3  cinco juzgados municipales debido a que ten\u00edan una baja carga laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La magistrada presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Lisbeth Aurelia Jim\u00e9nez Aguirre, confirm\u00f3 que los juzgados ten\u00edan una carga laboral de 60 asuntos al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, asegur\u00f3 que sus expedientes ser\u00e1n enviados a otros juzgados cercanos para darle seguimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>Son algunos juzgados municipal que ten\u00edan una baj\u00edsima carga laboral, estamos hablando de 50 \u00f3 60 asuntos al a\u00f1o  y lo que se har\u00e1 es redistribuir la carga a juzgados municipales cercanos, a 10 o 15 minutos<\/em>\u201d, dijo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de Zaragoza, ser\u00e1 absorbido por el Juzgado Municipal de Cosoleacaque; de Zontecomatl\u00e1n, lo absorber\u00e1 el Juzgado Municipal de Benito Ju\u00e1rez; en el caso de Aquila, ser\u00e1 el Juzgado Municipal de Maltrata; de Tantima, el Juzgado Municipal de Ozuluama; y de Tatatila, el Juzgado Municipal de Tlacolulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello los recursos se usar\u00e1n para abrir un juzgado familiar, otro de control y que se trata tanto de recursos econ\u00f3micos y humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>No podemos hablar de ahorro porque los recursos se usar\u00e1n en otros temas<\/em>\u201d, coment\u00f3<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sam Ojeda \/ NV Noticias Xalapa.- El Tribunal Superior de Justicia en Veracruz desapareci\u00f3 cinco juzgados municipales debido a que ten\u00edan una baja carga laboral.
