Se trata de la regla 14 que habla del procedimiento en un penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;<em>El guardameta deber\u00e1 permanecer sobre su propia l\u00ednea de meta, entre los dos postes de la porter\u00eda y frente al ejecutor del tiro hasta el golpeo del bal\u00f3n.
